Account Deletion Process

We're here to help you through the account deletion process if you've made the decision to close your SharpCredit account. Please take the actions listed below:

  1. Pay Off Outstanding Loans: Use the SharpCredit mobile app to pay off all outstanding loans before starting the account deletion process.
  2. Send an email requesting deletion:Using the email address associated with your SharpCredit account, send an email to help@sharpng.com. Add the following information:Subject: Account Deletion Request Body: Verify that all outstanding loans have been paid off via the mobile app and indicate that you want to have your account deleted.
  3. Confirmation and Deletion: You can expect a response from our support staff via email in five business days. The real account deletion procedure will start as soon as it is verified.

 

 

Please be aware that once an account is deleted, there is no way to get it back, and all associated data is lost forever.
